AnAI Selected as Operator for 'K-FAST Expansion Support Project Specialized in AI Dubbing'

AnAI has been finalized as the executing agency for the "Artificial Intelligence (AI) Dubbing Specialized K-FAST Expansion Support" project, organized by the Ministry of Science and ICT and the Korea Association for ICT Promotion (KAIT).

This project is a mission aimed at the global expansion of K-content by facilitating the entry of domestic media content into overseas markets. It focuses on establishing overseas viewer-friendly "K-channels" through localization processes, such as dubbing and subtitling, utilizing AI technology.

The AnAI Consortium is centered around AnAI, a specialist in AI dubbing technology, and is composed of various content and technology companies, including content provider KT ENA, as well as technical partners KBS MediaTech and Metabuzz.

Among the executing agencies of the K-FAST support project, this consortium is the only one tasked with providing Portuguese-language services targeting the Brazilian region.

Kim Young, CEO of AnAI, stated, "Brazil is a market with high interest in Korean content, yet it has lacked sufficient localization services like dubbing and subtitles. Through this project, we hope to bridge that gap and create an opportunity to showcase the prowess of not only K-content but also K-AI."
