AI Agent Technology
K-Content Localization

AnAI Co., Ltd., an AI dubbing and localization deep-tech company, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Jeonghwa Arts College on the 20th. The two organizations will engage in industry-academic cooperation covering the development of AI Agent technology, joint research on audio technology for K-content localization, and the cultivation and recruitment of localization experts.

This agreement is noteworthy as it represents an effort by a college specializing in arts education and an AI deep-tech company to collaborate in addressing the industrial challenge of strengthening global competitiveness in K-content localization. In particular, it is significant in that it establishes a structure that combines artistic sensibility and field experience with the AI technology development process, moving beyond simple technology-centered cooperation.

The two parties will promote cooperation focused on six areas:

Joint research to revitalize cultural businesses.

Employment support such as field training and internships.

Human resource exchange and scholarship programs.

Joint use of facilities and equipment.

Operation of educational curriculums in related fields.

Cooperation based on other practical consultations.

The core of this agreement is the combination of advancing AI Agent-based content localization technology and nurturing talent. Students from Jeonghwa Arts College will go beyond simple participation in practical training; they will directly participate in the research process for advancing multimodal AI Agents. Simultaneously, research on audio technology using actual field data from performances and recordings will be conducted.

It is expected that AI audio technologies, such as Voice Synthesis and Audio Separation, will combine with data from arts education sites to develop in a direction that improves both emotional expression and the naturalness of voices in content.

Furthermore, both institutions plan to establish a system for training localization experts that leads from joint curriculum design to field training, internships, and eventually recruitment. Through this, they plan to consistently produce practical talent equipped with both AI technology and content production capabilities, establishing a foundation for supplying manpower that can be immediately utilized in the industrial field.

Young Kim, CEO of AnAI, stated, "Content localization is not a field completed by technology alone; it requires an understanding of acting, emotion, and sound. Through this agreement, we will develop a new form of content technology that combines artistic sense with AI technology."

Meanwhile, AnAI is a company that develops AI dubbing and content localization solutions. It possesses proprietary engines based on Audio Separation and Voice Synthesis and is expanding the scope of its technology application to the global content market.
