AnAI (CEO Kim Young), a startup specializing in AI content, has signed a MOU with Loud Patent Law Firm.

This agreement was established to provide graduate students with practical education regarding intellectual property (IP) rights—including patents, trademarks, and designs—while jointly pursuing the application and registration of patents based on the company's proprietary technology.

Since its founding in February 2024, AnAI has been developing innovative AI content technology through the collaboration of AI experts, audio specialists, and content professionals. In particular, it is presenting a new paradigm in content production by providing fast and accurate dubbing services through its AI dubbing solution, 'VOIX.'

Loud Patent Law Firm is an intellectual property specialist group founded last year by five patent attorneys from Kim & Chang with over 10 years of experience. The firm possesses extensive experience in PCT (Patent Cooperation Treaty) and international applications. Loud provides various legal services, including domestic and international patent filing, registration, and IP portfolio management, earning the trust of a wide range of clients from startups to large corporations.

Going beyond existing theory-oriented education, this partnership program establishes a practical curriculum where graduate students can directly draft patent specifications and gain application experience. Simultaneously, it will push forward a joint project to file and register patents for AnAI's innovative technologies. Through this, it is expected that graduate students will gain valuable experience in transforming creative ideas into concrete intellectual property, while the company can legally protect its technological competitiveness and solidify its IP foundation for entering the global market.

CEO Kim Young stated, "The core of this agreement is to provide graduate students with actual patent application experience and to ensure that innovative technologies are protected both domestically and internationally." He added, "Through our cooperation with Loud, we will create synergy across all areas of education, practice, and patent strategy, contributing to the revitalization of the startup ecosystem and the cultivation of talent."

This agreement is projected to serve as an important platform for providing practical experience to young talents who may lack an understanding of advanced technology and intellectual property rights, while simultaneously serving as a steppingstone for AnAI’s technological prowess to be recognized at home and abroad.
